Nicola splits her time between her practice in Manhattan Beach, California, and traveling across the country to train other injectors. Education is one of her greatest passions. Her training model places a strong emphasis on knowledge of anatomy and safety in the use of injectable aesthetic treatments.

Nicola attends advanced courses all over the world to make sure that the knowledge she shares with her students encompasses the most up-to-date and highest quality education to advance their practices.

“I share everything I know with my students. I don’t hold back. If we elevate each other, this industry only gets better for us all!” Nicola is nearing completion of a book , “Anatomy Sunday: A Manual for Injectors” , a comprehensive textbook focusing on anatomy for aesthetic injectors and some of Nicola’s favorite treatment pearls.

Glenn Vallecillos, MD, FACS

Glenn Vallecillos, MD, FACS, is a Diplomate and an elected member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons in private practice in Beverly Hills, California.

He is the Principal of Integrative Operating Theatres, a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center located in the heart of the Beverly Hills triangle.

Dr. Vallecillos has a practice emphasis on minimally invasive complex facial surgery, revision surgery of the nose and breasts, and regenerative cell-assisted therapies. He is regarded as a pioneer in the adaptation and utilization of combined soft tissue contraction technologies to achieve outstanding results in high-definition facial and body contouring.

Dr. Vallecillos is an active speaker at national and international events, including Plastic Surgery The Meeting (organized by the ASPS), the International Neurotoxin Association’s biennial TOXINS Conferences, the California Society of Facial Plastic Surgery Annual Meeting, the Multispecialty Aesthetic Conference, the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses meetings, and the IMCAS World Congress held annually in Paris.

Dr. Vallecillos has served as a P.A.L.E.T.T.E. faculty member since 2008 and is recognized as a leading expert in minimally invasive soft tissue enhancements. He has trained thousands of top-ranked physicians, surgeons, and aesthetic medicine practitioners throughout the United States and internationally in advanced aesthetic injection techniques. He is a Galderma GAIN Master Trainer, and served as the Chief Clinical Investigator for Coapt Systems’ Novielle injectable filler study and as a consultant for InMode and Hans BioMed.

His current areas of interest include stem cell translational medicine and cellular reprogramming in its application to longevity and de-aging.
