A photo ID must be presented at the workshop that matches your medical license

  3. You agree to complete our Pre-Workshop Survey at the time of registration. This has been developed to give you, the learner, opportunity to identify your most important areas of education to our Faculty, and to allow the instructor(s) to tailor the curriculum to your learning goals.

  4. You agree to complete our Post-Workshop Evaluation.

Learning is enhanced by participation in the hands-on session, although learning from the didactic session and observing your colleagues is still a worthwhile experience.

  5. At the event...

When you register, you will be asked to select the top two treatment areas you would like to learn. At the event, during the hands-on session, you will have the opportunity to receive expert guidance on your injection technique.
